You might want to consider the readability of this color combination. It's pretty hard on the eyes to read type on this ultra bright color. The color combination creates a vibration.
Also, with your header, I'll advise to keep it simple. Think critically about what all you need to have in one header.

I tried to remedy the readability issues, even though it isnt "beautiful" it doesnt seem to distract and in the end cleans up the problems.
